It's no lie to say I've been waiting for this result since the first time I ever said West Ham were my team at 4 years old, I'm an old git now and was wondering if it would happen in my lifetime?

I echo your sentiments lee this has been a monkey on our back for far to long, I have waited all my life for this and can't wait to go to work Monday to remind all the south coast scousers that little old West Ham have finally laid the 52 years of pain to rest and gone part way to avenge. Yep £80 million quid to make the team even worse? Rodgers should.....stay haha Hope you had a good time at the festival, a few old favourites there I see Lurkers and Vice Squad. I miss Cornwall :(
It was ace mate Lurkers and Dirt Box Disco were my favourites of the weekend. I saw John Otway last night in Calstock. We got the train there but the one back didn't turn up so 30 quid in a taxi! Great gig though. Always fun seeing the mad bugger!
Never seen Otway myself, but got a couple of mates who mad keen on him. One of them has the prized possession of a damaged guitar given to him after a gig by wild willy Barrett :)
After the Internationals, I fully expect your lot to lose to Newcastle, then go on thrash Man City the week after.
