🎅 🎄 🎅 🎄 🍹 🍻 🎅 🎄 🎅
Here we go with the Mega Christmas and New Year post, 4 game weeks in one post to help anyone out that might not be clear minded enough to post after the Christmas dinner :)
Post (comment) whenever you like before the kick off's.
If by chance games get snowed off (unlikely in this country) they won't be carried over, just reposted when they actually get played.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all 😃

Latest Scores (8 Games)
Lee 5, Paul 5, Biopunk 2, Gibbo 2, Paulo 1, (Lawro 8, Dillian 4, Model 4)
Damn Lawro the 2-0 king.
Wishing I had taken account of the new manager boost for Man U, but still 80 minutes for Cardiff to come back?
Hopefully man U will score more or the Gibbo will be sneaking back in the mix ;)
ReplyDeleteThat was like watching Man Utd (pre-Mourinho/Moyes/Van Gaal) very impressive, first time they've scored 5 since the last Fergie game.
ReplyDeleteDay 2 Scores (9 Games)
Paul 6, Lee 5, Biopunk 3, Gibbo 3, Paulo 1, (Lawro 9, Dillian 5, Model 4)
Nice fact for Paul, in 8 of the last 10 seasons the team that have led at Christmas has gone on to the win the league, the only team to fail was Liverpool (Twice) :)
That's a hurtful but true fact Lee :). Will we win the league, who knows, its just nice to be a contender.
DeleteC'mon Sunday!
ReplyDeleteC'mon, the Gibbo!
C'mon, the Toffeemen!
C'mon, even the f'ing Sp*rs!
Thats definately against the 'stand up if you hate the Spurs' that rings out around the Bridge ;)
DeleteEven I've gotta go for the Spuds, and I dislike them as much as Liverpool :(
DeleteBut as I've got Kane in nearly all my fantasy teams I'll settle for him banging in a couple to give me a draw or better hopefully?
Everton win or a draw and Paul wins, 2-1 to Tottenham and I win, any other score away win and it's a drawn week. Sorry to Bio, Gibbo and Paulo you can start thinking about Boxing day.
Tottenham run riot.
ReplyDeleteWeek 18 Final Scores (10 Games)

Congrats to Us :)
Hopefully everyone will do better on Wednesday with the next set?

Paul
I think the last few games have shown that Man City's best players are David Silva and Fernandinho, the rest are just the icing on the cake and without them City look a bit average.
ReplyDeleteBig wins for Tottenham, Everton and Liverpool, and Sean Dyche seems to have lost his way?
Hazard is carrying Chelsea, and good that Claude Puel was supposedly facing the sack? last week but now has wins over Chelsea and City :)
Week 19 Day 1 Scores (9 Games)
Paulo 7, Biopunk 6, Gibbo 6, Lee 3, Paul 3, (Lawro 9, Jim 7, Model 9)
Paulo bounces back to lead, but still 3 possible winners.
The guest players putting us to shame again :(
Don't think Paulo would be too upset if Biopunk or Gibbo were right as both have gone for a Hammers win 2-1 or 1-0, But a big win would probably suit everyone :D
DeleteOne I don’t mind losing lee onwards and upwsrds
ReplyDeleteWest Ham and their unpredictable ways. And I sold Anderson in FPL :(
ReplyDeleteOn the upside....Liverpool are 6 points clear 😍
DeleteHardly unpredictable, 5 wins out of 6 is only behind Tottenham and your lot :)
DeleteKeep waiting for the wheels to fall off the Liverpool bus but it isn't happening? if they can win their next 2 games they will be odds on to get their first ever Premier league title.
Keep the faith Paul :)
Damn ny post disappeared
ReplyDeleteTry again??? see if I can remember all the crap I'd just written :)
ReplyDeleteThe Chelsea fans went for a West Ham win, and the West Ham fans went for a draw ... but at least 3 of us are happy tonight :)
Week 19 Final Scores (10 Games)
Biopunk 9, Gibbo 7, Paulo 7, Lee 3, Paul 3, (Lawro 9, Jim 8, Model 10)
It's a first win for the Model, and a worst score of the season for Me and Paul.
The score that counts is Biopunk's 9 which gives him win number 5 this year.
Congrats Biopunk :)

Week 20 Day 1 Scores (6 Games)
Paulo 3, Biopunk 2, Paul 2, Gibbo 1, Lee 1, (Lawro 2. Theo 4, Model 7)
The Model finally hitting some form, unlike the rest of us, but 4 games tomorrow to hopefully grab some points?
Very inconsiderate of Burnley to drop Joe Hart the day West Ham come to town :(
ReplyDeletePoint for all as Chelsea win at Palace :)
Week 20 Current Scores (7 Games)
Paulo 4, Biopunk 3, Paul 3, Gibbo 2, Lee 2, (Lawro 3. Theo 4, Model 7)
Wins for City and United, and the Joe Hart-less Burnley keep a clean sheet :(

Lee 6, Paul 5, Paulo 5, Biopunk 4, Gibbo 4, (Lawro 8. Theo 4, Model 9)
Overall a second win on the trot for Paul's Model after 18 losses, Lawro also did well.
But with just 6 points I've got my 3rd win in 8 weeks in a low scoring tight week.
Congrats to Me :)
Week 21 Kicks off at 12:30 on Tuesday, so no time to waste :)
There you go...if I had followed my rule of always put West Ham down for a Loss I would have had a draw 🤣

Hang in there Lee, 2019 is gonna be your year!
DeleteI can't believe I'm still a contender and that Chelsea were such crap today.
You're making me sound like a Liverpool supporter :D
DeleteSince Week 7 (when 3 of us got big scores) nobody has scored over 10? even the BBC "Guru" Lawro hasn't, so has this season been unpredictable or are we all rubbish at this :(
AGUEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
ReplyDeleteGood match, City should have won by more.
ReplyDeleteWeek 21 Final Scores (10 Games)
Biopunk 8, Paulo 7, Gibbo 6, Lee 5, Paul 5, (Lawro 6, Yatez 10, Model 3)
Overall a win for Lawro guest Yatez, a 7th straight win for the "guests" (must do better lads!!).
But in the scores that matter Biopunk grabs his 6th win of the season which puts him 3 in front, but as Liverpool fans now know, it's far from over :)
Congrats Biopunk :)
F.A Cup this weekend and the League is back on the 12th with West Ham vs the Gooners.
