The big one in the title battle is on Sunday, Man City have had 3 away games in a week against top class opposition, great against Chelsea, rubbish against PSG and who knows against Liverpool? although if results go a certain way on Saturday both could be out of the top 4 before they play 😜

Burnley v Norwich
Chelsea v Southampton
Leeds v Watford
Wolves v Newcastle
Brighton v Arsenal

Crystal Palace v Leicester
Tottenham v Aston Villa
West Ham v Brentford
Liverpool v Man City

Summer Transfers 2021

Summer 2021 transfer window now shut so here's where the Premier league cash was splashed this season.
(Info based on the best sources I could find, includes squad and youth players).
Overall spending is down from last season but still over a billion.
Many Undisclosed figures, but mainly for youth players so the figures shouldn't change much.

Arsenal the big spenders, but not sure those brought in will turn them into challengers (might keep them up) 😁
Man Utd have added a few decent players but not sure if they are good enough to challenge Man City and Chelsea.
Norwich have bought the most players in, which is a change of strategy from their last Premier league attempt.
Chelsea bringing in Lukaku looks the best signing of the summer.
West Ham have added some squad depth but didn't get a striker, wondering if Vlasic can be used there?
Everton only spent £1.8m but have picked up 3 decent players.

Oddest transfers?
Sima from Slavia Prague was being talked about as a £20m+ striker option for West Ham during the window? ends up signing for Brighton (who are short of strikers) for £9m who then loan him to Stoke for the season?
Former Hull, West Brom, Reading and Hi-De-Hi star Paul McShane signing for Man Utd.
