Musical chairs season over for a few months, transfer window now closed.
In the world of dodgy finance more than ever it seems the Billionaires are just playing a game of collecting football stickers, only with massive sums of money and real people changing hands.
You have to be suspicious of the reasons for some pretty average players moving around for hugely inflated fees, and clubs paying big fees for players who are immediately loaned to other teams in the owners collection.
Anyway here is where the Premier league cash was splashed this summer.
Spending up again this season to a record £3.95b, with £2.5b received.
Last season there were 2 £100m + and another 17 over £50m.
Looking at the list there were very few of them who made a big impact, maybe Joao Pedro at Chelsea.
This season 5 £100m + players and another 23 over £50m.
Big spenders as usual are Man City and Chelsea with Tottenham also spending £332m to try to stay up.
The three promoted teams have bought the most players in.
Six teams actually in profit, Aston Villa the most but they did sell over half of their first XI.
