Here we go the last week of the season, 10 games all on Sunday.
As far as the Premier league goes there is only one thing left to sort out.
Arsenal or Tottenham to finish 4th, Tottenham look to have the easier game at home to now safe Sunderland, Arsenal go to the slightly improving Newcastle.
The prediction competition is still wide open, as although I've taken the lead my lack of draws means any of you will overtake me with an outright win :(
So here they are ... good luck all.

Liverpool v QPR
Man City v Norwich
Newcastle v Arsenal

Well that's it, all over for another season :(
ReplyDeleteProbably deserved after being at or near the top all season ... this year's winner is ............... Biopunk :)
Some odd scores to finish with and the scores were pretty tight, if Longy had fancied Chelsea to win he could have been champion for the 3rd year in a row but he didn't and despite not scoring in 6 of the 10 games Biopunk wins it :)
Final Scores - Biopunk 8, Longy 7, Gobshyte 6, Lee 4, Paulo 3
As always no cash or cups for winning, but if you want anything posting Biopunk just name it, Pictures, Songs, Vintage stuff or anything else if I have or can find it you can have it :)
DeleteWell, well, well... I am surprised!
DeleteFirst off, I'd like to thank you Lee, for all your hard work and making this whole NBTF competition possible.
Next, I'd like to thank Paulo and Gobshyte for playing along.
Without you two, the "league" would be nothing more than a lonely West Ham fan and two supporters of the best club in the Europa league...
Together, you lads made it fun when Rafa became interim manager and things were all dark and dreary, and Longy was backing everyone but Chelsea!
Today, I made history! I joined the illustrious ranks of, um... Longy!
Ever since NBTF began, I've had only one burning desire: to see my name up there with the likes of, erm... Longy!
So, in closing, I hope our NBTF ranks swell next season with Watford, Hull, Scouse, or even more Manc supporters!
I'll see you back here in two and a half months!
Thanks again Lee!
(As a prize, I'd say I'd really like to see a subbuteo Frank Lampard, but how about a 2001-2002 era photo of Lamps and Di Matteo together in Chelsea kit?)
I think I'm going to struggle with this as they never played together, as Di Matteo retired in the season Frank joined Chelsea.
DeleteBut there must be a team photo somewhere with RDM in plaster with a shirt on? I'll keep looking :)
