I think he's a decent manager, not a great one but probably as good as Palace will be able to attract.
I can't think of any decent manager who is likely to take over there with a squad who over achieved getting up, and were always going to struggle staying out of the bottom 3.

ReplyDeleteListening to the interview it seems I jumped the gun.saying he was sacked, he was given the option to walk which he took.
ReplyDeleteGot the impression he was less than impressed with the new players brought in, although I'm sure he had some say in it.
Just going to miss his after match interviews, a real character.
Pulis is an ok manager (unless you speak to Gills fans) but I doubt he's got the players to keep them up, might piss off Cameron Jerome who I seem to remember slagging off Pulis after he left Stoke :)
