Another 3 day week this weekend with 7 games on Saturday, 2 on Sunday and 1 on Monday.

Good to have you back :)
ReplyDeleteHalf time at the stadium of gloom and none of us are getting 3 points from this one, can't believe I went for the Mackems to win?
Day 1 Scores
ReplyDeletePaul 6, Biopunk 3, Gobshyte 3, Lee 3, Longy 3, Paulo 3 (it's an alphabetical thing)
Congrats to Paul on the only 3 pointer of the day (the only one of us who predicted Norwich).
3 games to hang on :)
2-0 to Chelsea...c'mon blow the whistle early ;)
ReplyDeleteFlattering result for Chelsea, Man U just need to blow a few million on getting themselves a defence!!
ReplyDeleteDay 2 Scores
Paul 7, Biopunk 5, Gobshyte 4, Lee 4, Longy 4, Paulo 4
Still open as all of us except Paul have gone for an Everton win tomorrow.
Paul favourite as he wins with a home win or a draw or if the score is anything other than 2-0 or 2-1 to Everton.
Bio needs a 2-0 to Everton to win outright, me and Longy need a 2-1 to Everton for a 3 way tie :)
c'mon the baggies...You probably don't want to look at FPL Lee ;) And Cole didn't play which will give me another 7 points off the bench.
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to look, I knew it would be painful :(
ReplyDeleteLast weeks mistake of not confirming the team changes cost me 14 points, Negredo is doing all his goalscoring in the cup matches, bloody Cabaye scoring twice against my lot, then to top it all Adebeyor scoring twice!! I'm gonna have to break your crystal ball :)
.. or actually spend some time planning my changes instead of the last minute panic buys at 11:29 I have been doing :)
Only just got back lol happy daze :)))
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing that's a Longy post?
ReplyDeleteEver thought of living a few hundred miles closer, although I'd love to live down that way :)
That last minute goal from Everton would have changed things nicely, shame it was disallowed :(
ReplyDeleteCongrats Paul, as it turned out you won easily and the rest of us had a disaster but it was closer than it looks :)
Day 3 Final Scores
Paul 10, Biopunk 5, Gobshyte 4, Lee 4, Longy 4, Paulo 4
Bottoms up, Paul! ;)

7 points, also predicted the Norwich 1-0. Was happy to take a hit on FPL for the Baggies goal ;)
No idea what all that means? but well done :)
ReplyDeleteShouldn't make much difference on FPL as most of us have Coleman and Lukaku.
FA Cup this weekend, but games midweek next week so will post week 23 later in the week.
ReplyDeleteResults from model...season and recent form ratings for each team, last 2 figures = recent form score prediction.
ReplyDeleteYep well done Paul ya jammy git lol. I'm the same as Lee (ain't got a clue here about your model)
