Premier Predictions (Week 05)

Premier League back for 4 weeks till the next Internationals, and a few good looking games this week. 7 On Saturday, 2 on Sunday and 1 Monday.
The early game might see a frosty handshake between Martinez and Mourinho over the Stones transfer, and a chance for Lukaku to impress his old boss.
Man City's 100% record will be under pressure at the ever improving Palace.
The late game on Saturday is not as big as it used to be, but Rodgers will be hoping for a win here to forget their last game.
Monday night will be interesting to see if West Ham can show a bit of away form at Upton park?

Everton v Chelsea
Arsenal v Stoke
C Palace v Man City
Norwich v Bournemouth
Watford v Swansea
West Brom v Southampton
Man Utd v Liverpool
Sunderland v Tottenham
Leicester v Aston Villa
West Ham v Newcastle

Good Luck All :)

Got Liverpool down for the win, not convinced though, still scarred by the Hammers result ;)

  7. Man U v Liverpool probably has 0-0 written all over it, but you never know?
6 in, just waiting on Gobby as Dave seems to have been a one season wonder :(

  8. Interesting, watching Everton v Chelsea "Live" on BT sport and it's 0-0 and the ball is in midfield, was on the Coral site thinking of having a bet on the game and it flashes up 1-0 to Everton?
About 20 seconds later Everton score on the telly.
    So much for Live football

  10. Gutted that Swansea didn't equalise as I would have been £450 better off for my £2 bet :(
£12 up but could have been so much better,
first time I've risked money on my predictions this season, so must be over confident :)

  11. Leicester left it late, but glad they nicked it, sorry Bio :)

    Day 2 (9 Games)
    Lee 11, Biopunk 10, Paul 10, John 7, Longy 5, Paulo 3, Gobshyte -, (Lawro 7)
Good scoring week so far, just 2 of us still with a chance of the win, although I want a West Ham win, I could do without it being 1-0 :)

  12. Woo hoo, nice win for the boys :)
A bit more courage in my convictions betting wise and I could have been a rich man this week :(

    Final Scores (Week 5)
    Lee 14, Biopunk 13, Paul 11, John 8, Longy 5, Paulo 4, (Lawro 7)
Best scores of the season for 4 of us, and unlucky Biopunk 13 would have won any other week.
    But congrats to me :)

  13. Poxy 2-0...somehow managed to get virtually identical predictions...apart from the ones that mattered ;) Good scores from you and Bio though.

Unlucky on the bet. It's the danger of multiples and why the bookies with take them all day long. Wonder how many people Chelski banker let them down the last few weeks ;)

  14. Well my Chelsea defenders in Fantasy Footie are killing me, now all these injuries as well :(
Saturday did a 6 way with doubles and trebles, and put the Sunday/Monday games on a separate bet.
All small bets but potential returns were amazing if I had covered them better, especially if I'd done all 9 at the same time. Hadn't included the Chelsea game as that had already kicked off.
