Thought about it, but decided to keep it all Premier league this week.
So the 10 games are spread over 6 days this week, 7 games on Saturday, 2 on Sunday and the last one is the re-arranged Arsenal v City game on Thursday NOT the League (Carabao) Cup Final on Sunday.
Will post the week 29 games before the final week 28 game which may or may not be a decider? Hope that is not too confusing :)

3rd attempt...NBTfooty gremlins don't want me to say 4-0
Wow...refreshed and post still there,
ReplyDeleteDamn I'll have to work on that script "don't allow anyone to say 4-0 against West Ham" :)

ReplyDeleteOoow, post already
ReplyDeleteA 3 pointer each for Longy and the Model, but not much else to shout about.
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to mention what must have been 4 offside goals at Anfield, I haven't seen it yet just going on past experiences ... oops I mentioned it :)
Scores Day 1 (7 Games)
longy 4, Lee 3, Paul 2, Biopunk 1, Paulo 1, (Lawro 2, Margo and Allison 3, The Model 7)
A model performance so far, for the rest of us I reckon it will go till Thursday?
Having heard the radio commentary and seen the highlights, we were a bit lucky....NOT π
DeleteSaw the highlights and it seemed we left the bus at home and went for it, might have been interesting if Arnautovic's shot had been half an inch lower and given us something to sit on?
DeleteLiverpool were buzzing and Adrian played very well, bad mistakes by Evra and Mario cost 2 of the goals and the 4th did look offside :)
Hopefully we can bounce back at Swansea next week to ease the relegation worries.
Just looking at the table it will be pretty tight if Tottenham and Chelsea win today, could be 2 points covering 2nd to 5th :)
ReplyDeleteThe bottom is crazy, West Brom look gone but just 6 points covering the 10 above them.
Watford and Everton in 9th and 10th probably only need another win to survive.
Tottenham leave it very late, Conte takes Hazard off when the game was there for the taking?
ReplyDeleteScores Day 2 (9 Games)
Longy 5, Lee 4, Paul 4, Biopunk 2, Paulo 2, (Lawro 4, Margo and Allison 5, The Model 8)
Longy leads thanks to successfully predicting Chelsea to lose.
One game left but not till Thursday, despite the low scores it's down to a three horse race.
If City win 2-1 Paul and me share a win, City win by another score and it's a 3 way tie, any other result and Longy wins, if it's a drawn game Longy will win with only 5 points!! a new record possibly?
Looks like a draw then !! Unless Arsenal can pull off an unlikely miracle
ReplyDelete"Wenger must stay" sing all the non Arsenal fans :)
ReplyDeleteCity need just 15 points from their last 10 games, or probably less.
Final Scores Week 28 (10 Games)
Lee 5, Longy 5, Paul 5, Paulo 3, Biopunk 2, (Lawro 5, Margo and Allison 5, The Model 8)
The overall winner is The Model despite only predicting 9 games.
For us it's a 3 way tie between Longy, Paul and myself with a paltry 5 points.
Grudging Congrats to us :)
Straight back with week 29
Well done, you lot!
