Premier Predictions (Week 23)

8 Games on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.
Kane and Son will be gutted at missing the trip to Fulham where they should have grabbed a lot of goals? (Arnautovic to Tottenham for £100m? or he could go to China and win nothing there either).
City go to managerless Huddersfield and should win easily.
Liverpool take on bogey side Palace who currently look unlikely to repeat past heroics at Anfield.
West Ham v Bournemouth usually has a few goals, mostly offside ones from Bournemouth.

Wolves v Leicester
Bournemouth v West Ham
Liverpool v Crystal Palace
Man Utd v Brighton
Newcastle v Cardiff
Southampton v Everton
Watford v Burnley
Arsenal v Chelsea

Huddersfield v Man City
Fulham v Tottenham

Good Luck All 😁

    2. I don't know, sucking up to the man again Bio... 😉
Be interesting to know if anybody has lost the title with a 3 week lead, at this stage of the season.

      Liverpool probably have 😒

    3. Gonna have to look that one up?
Could Bio become the new Kevin Keegan "I would love Paulo to win, just love it" :)

    The Model 😎

  6. May as well send Arnautovic to Spurs for 100m, no use to you if "head not in the right place", although, pretty mercenary to abandon you half way through the season. Lock him in a cupboard until after the deadline passes 😲

    1. Yep another football mercenary :(
Like Payet we've made him look like a quality player by making him our star in an average team, rather than just being a talented squad player at Stoke, Bremen and Inter before.
Hopefully we get a decent price for him, more than the current offer as we have to pay Stoke 20% of any profit we make, and current crazy transfer fees should mean that any regular Premier league scorer should be worth over £50m.
I imagine if he does go to China in 6 months he will have a suitcase bulging with Chinese cash but be crying to come back to Europe?

  7. Wolves v Leicester 2-0
    Bournemouth v West Ham 2-1
    Liverpool v Crystal Palace 3-0
    Man Utd v Brighton 2-0

    Watford v Burnley 2-0
    Arsenal v Chelsea 2-1

    Huddersfield v Man City 0-3
    Fulham v Tottenham 1-2

Feel like I should be taking more notice of the model. Although its points tally is mainly derived from three pointers.

    Lock em in

  8. On a personal note I just found out yesterday that I'm being made redundant again in the next 6 months, as the company I work for can't see a profit in keeping the UK plant open and are transferring the manufacturing to their European plants.
I'm sure the people who voted Brexit had their reasons (most of them that I know had stupid reasons) but reality is going to bite the rest of us in the coming years :(

Ooh!! Political post ... keep that away from here ..... on with the football

  10. Thanks Gibbo, full house :)

Just a thought for Paul, Palace have won 3 of the last 4 visits to Liverpool and Roy Hodgson visiting teams have never conceded a goal at Anfield in the 4 times he's been the opposition manager.
Squeaky bum time ... expect it to finish about 7-0 to Liverpool :D

  11. Cracking game to start 4-3 to Wolves, Diogo Jota with a hat-trick (good for my starting XI's in Fantasy football).
Point each for me, Paul, Gibbo and Lawro.

Careful what you wish for Leicester fans, you're team still looks safe and manager changes are not always good news, teams like Stoke, West Brom, Blackburn etc who have all got relegated after sacking a boring but safe manager?

  12. Two seven goal thrillers, shock win for Newcastle, Man U win again, Chelsea and West Ham very poor.

    1. I will take a draw if it means Spurs lose 3-0. Fed up with hearing they DON'T need any reinforcements in their squad. In reality Fulham will probably score all three goals of a 2-1 Spurs win 🤣
