Premier Predictions (Week 03)

Another 3 day weekend with games spread all over it (Covid permitting?)  😷
6 on Sky, 3 on BT and 1 on Amazon?

I think I prefer the option of no artificial crowd noise, Sean Dyche was quite entertaining last week "get your f***ing foot in" 😆
6 of the 7 unbeaten teams play each other, so hopefully some good games.

Brighton v Man Utd
Crystal Palace v Everton
West Brom v Chelsea
Burnley v Southampton

Sheff Utd v Leeds
Tottenham v Newcastle
Man City v Leicester
West Ham v Wolves

Fulham v Aston Villa
Liverpool v Arsenal

Good Luck All  😀

  3. On the betting front it's been a good 4 days, taking my account from 50p to over £80. Maybe being a bit braver would be a lot more after 32 straight correct results. Down to earth tonight with just 4/7.
See if I can carry the form into this?

    Brighton v Man Utd 1-2
    Crystal Palace v Everton 1-2
    West Brom v Chelsea 0-2

    2. Up till Tuesday my record was awful, had been one result out on a number of big accumulators.
Decided on a change of strategy picking huge favourites to score 2 or more getting better odds, hit an 11 team accumulator and 3 x 7 team ones in a row only risking a £1 bet each time, seems to have worked this week :)
Probably have a bad run now, always seems to happen?

    3. Wow, 3x doubles and a Treble With Man U included. At 94mins thought 'get in', at 95mins thought wtf, checked my betfair account 10mins later, and Man U won...really!!. Although, even Betfair had settled my bets as a ManU Loss :(

Hope you are satisfied Lee, I have been sucked back into your dark web on cheeky yankees and monster Acca's :)

    4. Sorry Paul, looks like I'm on for a loss after that Chelsea result.
Think Betfair will update, I believe a lot of bookies paid out early then had to back track.

  7. What a great game, with 30 seconds left it looked like daylight robbery from Man U who had been outplayed all the way through, Brighton hit the woodwork 5 times.
Then Brighton equalise in the 95th minute, then Man U go down the other end and Maupay throws his arms up and gives away a penalty to give Fernandes a last kick goal.

Chelsea coming back for a draw after being 3 down thanks to their youth players.

  9. Goal rush seems to be over, Leeds winning late 1-0.
Newcastle having one shot on target to score in the 97th minute after yet another dodgy handball penalty.

  10. Wonder what the odds were on Man City and Bayern Munich both losing by 3 goals?

    2. After the signings of Mascherano and Tevez, you are never quite sure....

    3. I couldn't be bothered typing Masuaku :)
Really talented player who is usually rubbish as a defender (although he did a nice job on Traore last night), so we usually play him as a left back?
On those rare ocassions we play him forward as a wing back or left winger he plays really well.

  12. Wins for Villa and Liverpool, so 4 teams still have 100% records.

Week 3 Final Scores (10 Games)
    Lee 8, Biopunk 5, Paul 5, Paulo 3, Gibbo 1, (Lawro 4, Declan 5)

Well that's a win and congrats for me :)

Managed to salvage a couple of quid from a bad betting weekend so only £7 down thanks to not sticking to my new found masterplan, back to the new routine this week which will either leave me £6 down or taking the account to 3 figures hopefully?
