Premier Predictions (Week 23)

Friday night start for Week 23.
Then 4 games Saturday, 5 on Sunday.
The plan is that there is 11 days without football (apart from the AFCON), although I'm not sure if they will cram in some of the postponed games?

    Gutted after that last minute offside goal :(
    Man City drop points, shock win for Newcastle, The big Dunc effect couldn't save Everton, Wolves win the 128 minute long game at Brentford.

    I sometimes read the football is fixed blog, and wonder if I'm just being taken in by a conspiracy theory?
    Then you get a weekend like this this :(
    Every West Ham goal seems to be analysed for several minutes trying to find a reason to disallow it, and yet yesterday a clearly offside goal for Man Utd is given after just 13 seconds? and the still image released is showing it level but before the ball is actually passed, at the actual release of the ball Cavani is at least a foot offside.
    Then there was today's Liverpool penalty??

    Chelsea win 2-0 although I needed a 2-1 for this competition I was secretly hoping Chelsea would bang in another 8 :)
    Win for Liverpool, draws in the other 2 games.

    Overall it's a draw between Paul and Lawro guest Call me Loopy (who's a woman Paulo).
    But in the bit that counts it's Paul's

    None of us having a great season, I started well but have gone to pot.
    Only 10 double figure scores all season - Paul 3 Bio 2 and one each from the rest of us.
