ReplyDeletePretty good opening ceremony in Mexico, not too long just about right.
First game pretty dull, Mexican win 2 goals and 3 red cards
Should catch up on some sleep in the next few weeks :)
Seems I'm not very good at this either :(
ReplyDeleteGot a 3 pointer in opening game, then 1 point in the next seven games.
8 Games - BBC-AI 8, Sutton 5, Lee 4
Halfway through the first set, and finally some decent games
ReplyDeleteGood to see the Dutch fans seem to have made it bringing a bit of colour, the game with Japan was the best atmosphere so far. Germany hitting 7 although Curacao really did have a go but lost their way after the advert break.
12 Games - BBC-AI 10, Lee 7, Sutton 6,
A 104-match prediction run is a proper marathon. The early group games are often the hardest because there is so little current form to work with, so I would probably lean on team structure rather than recent results. I have also been building quick daily challenges at Wordle Cup football games, and this sort of fixture list is exactly the kind of thing that sends me back to testing new ideas.
