Premier Predictions (Week 12)

Just woke up after nodding off during the England v Germany game, so no time to go to bed as the alarm goes off in 2 hours!!
So a stiff neck and just found out we lost again :(

Anyway Premier predictions is back for an uninterupted run now all those internationals are out of the way, games over 3 days this week with 7 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday and the Baggies Villa game on Monday.
Arsenal Saints is the top of the table clash and the Scouse derby is the early game (BT top pick?).
Obviously the big game for this blog is the late game on Saturday, just read that the Hammers have lost Collins, Rat and O'Brien to injuries picked up on international duty joining Reid and the rest in the sick bay meaning we now have only 2 defenders and no forwards so Fat Sam will have to play a 2-8-0 formation??
Good luck all :)

Everton v Liverpool
Arsenal v Southampton
Fulham v Swansea
Hull v C Palace
Newcastle v Norwich
Stoke v Sunderland
West Ham v Chelsea
Man City v Tottenham
Cardiff v Man Utd
West Brom v Aston Villa

  11. Piss poor performance from the Hammers after Oscar's Oscar winning tumble, carried on playing like they did in the 2nd half against Norwich :(
Reid again a big miss and a half fit Collins was always going to struggle, but having nothing up front again didn't help.

    Day 1 Scores
    Gobshyte 8, Paulo 7, Lee 6, Biopunk 5, Longy 5

Late update tomorrow as I'm working all day :(

  12. I overestimated the Hammers. We actually got a clean sheet for a change. A good practise warm up for next weeks Champions League game :)

  13. I think that was more down to me finally losing patience with Cech and dropping him from my FPL team :)

  14. Day 2 Scores
    Gobshyte 9, Paulo 9, Lee 7, Biopunk 6, Longy 6

A few permutations here, none of which give me and Biopunk any hope of winning, Longy can still grab a share if Villa win 2-1.
Paulo needs a draw and Gobby a Baggies win, good luck all :)

  17. Exciting finish :)
    Final Scores
    Paulo 10, Biopunk 9, Gobshyte 9, Lee 7, Longy 6

Congrats to Paulo for extending your lead, commiserations to Gobshyte who was there until the Villa comeback, and also to Biopunk who came so close to getting on the scoresheet.
Gotta say well deserved Paulo after being the only one to get the Palace win and getting 7 one pointers, would have won you a few quid at the bookies :)

Stand by for a double week next week :)

  18. Hi chaps it did get me £3k at the bookies and if you had seen me last night screaming at the pc for the ref to blow the whistle and for the wife to casually say didnt know west ham were playing ,the look on her face as she walked away was priceless saying you get worse and shaking her head.
Still dont think it will last and my bubble will burst soon
    cheers
    Paulo
