Premier Predictions (Week 38)

Here we go the final week, All games due to kick off at 3pm on Sunday.
A few things still to settle all of them unlikely, Man City need a point for the title so all the scouses will be hoping for a Hammers win :) Liverpool obviously need to win to hang on to 2nd place (or better!!).
Norwich just need an 18-0 win over Arsenal and hope West Brom lose to Stoke ...
Man U could grab a Europa league spot if Tottenham lose to Villa, and they win at Southampton.
.... as I said all unlikely :)

Good luck all for the final time this season :)

Cardiff v Chelsea
Fulham v C Palace
Hull v Everton
Liverpool v Newcastle
Man City v West Ham
Norwich v Arsenal
Southampton v Man Utd
Sunderland v Swansea
Tottenham v Aston Villa
West Brom v Stoke

At a swimming Gala all day tomorrow, think i may even switch my phone off at 3pm. Think the league and the FPL could have slipped away at the last. Don't think I did too bad at this though. May have a look at my statistics when its all over ;)

  5. C'mon you Hammers... If ever you needed a win its tomorrow ;)
Andy Carrol..l prove you are worth £35m

  6. Andy Carroll was never worth £35m :)
Will publish all the stats after tomorrow, don't fancy my chances as I always end up 2nd.
Pleased with my FPL showing on my first go, not sure if I can hang on and would be ironic if West Ham cost me that title by stopping City scoring :)

  9. Useless stats time :)
    Last 5 Weeks (W-D-L) - Paul 2-1-2, Biopunk 2-0-3, Longy 0-1-4, The rest 0-0-5
    Last 10 Weeks - Gobby 3-2-5, Paul 2-2-6, Biopunk 2-0-8, Longy 0-2-8, Me and Paulo 0-0-10

Looks like Me and Paulo having been waiting around for you :)

  10. Well irony has struck :(
If I'd done the sensible thing like Paulo and the the rest and gone for a Man City win I would have won the title today, but being an ever optimistic Hammers fan I've blown it :(

    Final Scores for Week 38
    Gobshyte 10, Lee 10, Paulo 10, Paul 9, Biopunk 8, Longy -
So a 3 way draw to finish meaning Paulo hangs on to the lead.

So congratulations Paulo you are the NBTF Predictions champion 2013/4 ... :D

    Good last day for all
    Points breakdown (3-1-0)
    Paulo 1-7-2, Lee 1-7-2, Gobby 2-4-4, Paul 1-6-3, Biopunk 2-2-6

  12. No probs Longy :)

Paulo if you read this there is a prize (of sorts), can't give you a cup or money :(
But I wlll attempt to post any picture or songs you want (football related, old Hammers pics, bubbles, Bobby Moore etc) just name it.
    * I say "attempt" because Bio is still waiting for me to find a picture of Lampard and DiMatteo playing together for Chelsea and I can't find one anywhere? I will keep looking even though I'm pretty sure it never actually happened as DiMatteo was injured when Lamps signed for Chelsea and retired that season.

    1. Yeah, you might be right Lee.

I only remember seeing them together in a photo at a swanky dinner wearing tuxedos.

Make me a picture of Jose kicking Rafa "out" while Lamps and Drogba point and laugh and we're good! ;)
