  1. just fed all my predictions into the model to work out my P&L for the first 100 games. +£15.64 based on £2 bet per game. Think my week 8 score is incorrect though Lee. Fortunately its one of my bad weeks, so no need for a stewards ;)

    1. Let me know which is wrong in week 8 as I can't see any obvious error?
Got you down for 5 x 1 point and 5 blanks

    2. Not to worry Lee you are correct. Was trying to mark myself down rather than up, thought I only had 3 points that week. Entered the 'Models' predictions in error. Those two games must have been good though as my P&L has jumped to +£26.54

  8. Chelsea will meet Everton in today's game played at Stamford Bridge Stadium. In their last meeting, Everton won the match with 2:0. I wonder if Antonio Conte's team prepared us with a surprise for today. Based on the past results of the two teams, I would expect for Chelsea to perform well during this meeting and win this game. It should be interesting to see if Diego Costa will score during this match as he has a good average in terms of goals scored / match. If you have some knowledge regarding football, you can share your opinion using the Bet365 reviews.

  9. Sat through the Hammers game and it was dire :( brief spell of action after Slaven changed the set up but both teams were poor.
As for the rest a few shocks as 10 man Sunderland win for the first time and Man City blow the points in the last minute.

Current Scores (4 Games) all looking bad until the Stoke equaliser :(
    Paul 4, Longy 3, Biopunk 1, Paulo 1, Lee 0, (Lawro 3, Lawro's Guest 1, Paul's Model 4)

    1. Wow..flicking through the first four games was a bit of a roller coaster. Think I am going to rename the Model to...Hammers score predictor. Has got the score right for the last 3 weeks. Although I am disappointed to lose the city point..kind off glad that they lost them too

  10. It's all about the manager.
Chelsea under Mourinho - Boring, hoped they lost every game.
Chelsea under Hiddink - Dull, didn't really care.
Chelsea under Conte - Exciting, hoping they win most weeks (except against West Ham of course)

  11. Chelsea pretty awesome there, Pedro finally looking like the player they bought.

    Day 1 Scores (5 Games)

  12. Update with 8 Games finished
    Longy 6, Paul 6, Biopunk 3, Paulo 3, Lee 2, (Lawro 5, Lawro's Guest 6, Paul's Model 9)
Nobody is getting 3 points from the Swans Utd game so it's looking like a win for Paul's Model program, and a drawn week in the main competition.

North London derby was a bit of a yawn, the return of Snodgrass obviously inspired Hull to an unexpected win and Klopp's 2-8-0 formation really seems to be working :)

    1. ooh! bit too quick there, if the Leicester game ends 1-1 Paulo could win outright but anything else and it's a drawn week.

  13. A weekend of surprise results, apart from Longy and Paul getting the West Ham score spot on there wasn't much else :(

    Final Scores (Week 11)
    Longy 6, Paul 6, Biopunk 4, Paulo 4, Lee 2, (Lawro 6, Lawro's Guest 7, Paul's Model 10)

So a win for Paul's prediction model, and we were also all beaten by Nicole Scherzinger who admits she knows nothing about football.
But for the competition it's a drawn week between Longy and Paul so congrats to both of you :)

    1. Good result for the Model. This week was the first week for correct operation i.e 5x home games and 5x away games played, therefore working on true recent form. +£10.75 profit for the week based on £2 bets for all games.

Will be interesting to see how it fares in the coming weeks. As we have an international break I may update all of our P&L's?

    2. Yes a good week, 2 corrects + 4 results which is reasonable but way better than us humans managed :)
