Premier Predictions (Week 34)

5 weeks left Bio in the driving seat, Paul and myself could put the pressure on and Gibbo and Paulo now really need to win the last 5 on the trot?
Another of those elongated weeks with 11 games over 5 days.
Friday start again at Leicester, 6 games on Saturday, 2 on Sunday, 1 Monday and the bonus game on Tuesday which depending on Saturday's scores might be a relegation 6 pointer.
The 2 big games will be on Sunday where City go to Palace who beat them earlier in the season, needing a win to put the pressure on Liverpool who play their bogey team Chelsea later.

Leicester v Newcastle

Tottenham v Huddersfield
Brighton v Bournemouth
Burnley v Cardiff
Fulham v Everton
Southampton v Wolves
Man Utd v West Ham

Crystal Palace v Man City
Liverpool v Chelsea

Watford v Arsenal

Brighton v Cardiff

Good Luck All 😃

Sorry if I seem distracted as we reach the final stages of the season. It's a long time since I see Liverpool win the League. A Spurs fan said to me recently, "I don't want Liverpool to win the League as you have currently won it the same amount of times as us, None". Typical Spurs... just like nothing happened before Jesus was born 🤣🦄

  10. Oops Gibbo!!

Another late injury time goal costing me 3 points :(

I also like the fact that Liverpool have won the Premier league the same amount of times as Tottenham, West Ham and Southend :)

Looking at the run in I really can't see Liverpool slipping up this time, I know it's still in Man City's hands if they win all their games but they have 6 tough games, whereas Liverpool after tomorrow have a decent final 4? but I reckon they both might slip up at least once especially if both carry on in Europe.

  11. Just can't do anything right in Fantasy Premier league, making a Brighton defender my captain this week must rank as one of the worst decisions this season (and their have been a lot of cock-ups) :(

  12. Brighton deserve to go down after that, luckily Mike Dean has made sure Cardiff don't get anything at Burnley. Another injury time goal costing me 3 points grrr!!!
Shock win for Fulham, good win by the Saints.
One left today Man U v West Ham, worrying that we have Masuaka and Zabaleta in defence and Arnautovic is out again? hoping for a miracle.

  13. Daylight Robbery, Ref Jones and the lino should be kicked out for an inept performance.
Unbiased VAR and we win 2-0 good goal disallowed, non penalty given for the 1st?? and then offside Martial buys the 2nd by leaning into Fredricks and falling over. Great performance outplaying United at Old Trafford hitting the bar and a worldie save by De Gea but the result stinks :(

Rant over .... Scores Day 2 (7 Games)
    Lee 3, Paul 3, Paulo 3, Biopunk 1, Gibbo 0, (Lawro 6, Matt 5, Model 7)

No record scores this week, guests doing the business, gutted that 94th minute goals cost me 4 points.

  14. Crystal Palace 2 v 2 Man City
    Liverpool 1 v 2 Chelsea (sorry Paul)

    Watford 1 v 1 Arsenal

    Brighton 2 v 1 Cardiff

Little bit of ground to make up

  15. Wow what a game :)
West Ham into the Women's FA Cup final in their first season as a professional club.
Reading kicking lumps out of us for 120 minutes, but we won 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
    Best women's game I've ever seen :)
Going to need a miracle in the final against either Chelsea or Man City who are real professional teams full of internationals but I can dream :)

  16. Shame Hazard's shooting wasn't that bad on Monday night, although I reckon Chelsea will be totally toothless if he leaves? worrying times for Chelsea fans.
Wins for Liverpool and City keep the race rolling along.

    Scores Day 3 (9 Games)
    Lee 6, Paul 6, Paulo 6, Biopunk 2, Gibbo 0, (Lawro 10, Matt 6, Model 9)

  17. I think Deeney's sending off put the kybosh on any chance of a Watford win early on, but Arsenal doing well to hang on to a clean sheet.

Just a point to Lawro to make sure he's top scorer this week :(
    Scores Day 4 (10 Games)
    Lee 6, Paul 6, Paulo 6, Biopunk 2, Gibbo 0, (Lawro 11, Matt 6, Model 9)

One game left and 3 possible winners? going on Saturday's results Cardiff might grab a much needed win which would suit Paulo, I need a 2-1 to Brighton, Paul needs 2-0.

  18. Great win for Ajax, easy win for Barcelona in Europe.
As suspected Cardiff do Brighton, Hughton must be a very worried man?

Week 34 Final Scores (11 Games)
    Paulo 7, Lee 6, Paul 6, Biopunk 2, Gibbo 0, (Lawro 11, Matt 6, Model 9)

Overall a win for Lawro, but Paulo wins our bit by a point.
    Congrats Paulo :)
Just win the next 4 and you're still in with a chance :)

Big 14 game week coming up next.
