Premier Predictions (Week 07)

One day of fun after Tottenham were beaten by Colchester 😆
but then we get played off the park by Oxford grrrr!! 😠
Football is a cruel game 😢

Oh well back to the competition, here comes week 7.
8 games on Saturday and one each on Sunday and Monday.
Big games are probably Man City going to inconsistent Everton, and the Hammers going to the other embarrassed losers Bournemouth.
Man U v Arsenal doesn't really count as a big game anymore.
Actually all the games are quite hard to call? 😕

Sheff Utd v Liverpool
Aston Villa v Burnley
Bournemouth v West Ham
Chelsea v Brighton
Crystal Palace v Norwich
Tottenham v Southampton
Wolves v Watford
Everton v Man City
Leicester v Newcastle
Man Utd v Arsenal

Good Luck All  😃

    1. Still in shock mate, thought we over this sort of result.
Other than one kid making his debut, and our new dodgy keeper it was a strong team.
      Sigh!!!

    3. Adrian come back :)
Glad things are working out for him, was sad to see him go but Fab is a better keeper so he wasn't going to get many games with us.

  4. Good win last week Lee, must have your prediction boots on this season. I need to re-focus...Liverpools performances of late are proving to be rather distracting for me. My average is well down, need to get back to 2-0 basics :)

    1. Awkward situation, the 3 weeks I put bets on combination results I ended up with 5,5,4
If I don't put money on I do well? could have been a few hundred up on my normal cheap bet.

    1. Hi Gibbo, glad you made it :)
Just need a score for the Wolves game?

  8. Liverpool will be very relieved after that, given a real game and only winning due to an almighty blunder by the Sheffield keeper.

  10. High scoring week so far, shame Janmaat didn't score at the right end :(

    Day 1 Scores (8 Games)
    Paul 12, Lee 10, Paulo 10, Biopunk 7, Gibbo 6, (Lawro 10, Geraint 7, Model 9)

  11. 8 game ACCA right there. I'll work out the odds later. One of those weeks where you expect to be home and dry, but find Lee and Paulo still hanging on for dear life 🤣

    1. Just my luck the only 2 you went different from me you got right, blind loyalty for the Hammers and really thought Watford would turn up at tired Wolves after last week, oh well

Relying on Arsenal for my own 8 acca, possible £127 for my 45p bet or I can cash out now for 29p hehe

  12. And the Hammers get a Draw and go 3rd...😮

  13. Never minded Newcastle in the past and always wanted them in the top flight, but I really hate Steve Bruce and always hope any team he manages gets relegated.
So unless they sack him soon I'll be hoping they stay where they are (just my biased opinion) :)

    Day 2 Scores (9 Games)
    Paul 13, Lee 11, Paulo 11, Biopunk 8, Gibbo 6, (Lawro 11, Geraint 8, Model 10)

Paul in the lead, Paulo could still grab a draw, and Lawro could still win overall.
Only Paul's model has gone for a Man U win. My bank account is hoping for a Gooner win by any score :)

  14. 213-1 odds on the 9 correct results, 617-1 if Arsenal beat Man U. Obviously I didn't do it, as my recent form would suggest not :)

  15. Oh well should have cashed out for 29p :(

Week 7 Final Scores (10 Games)
    Paul 13, Lee 11, Paulo 11, Biopunk 8, Gibbo 7, (Lawro 14, Geraint 8, Model 10)

Overall winner is Lawro, our winner is Paul with a decent 13 (unlucky not to get 10/10)
    Congrats Paul :)
