Premier Predictions (Week 17)

Busy week for Liverpool with Saturday's early kick off against bottom team Watford, the Caribou Cup at Villa on Tuesday and off to Qatar to play either Monterrey or Al-Sadd on Wednesday plus another game on Saturday in Qatar.
They duck West Ham next week although I think the kids should play that one as well (to help Liverpool's fixture congestion of course) 🤣
Leicester and Chelsea should win and Man City will probably take their chances against Arsenal (unlike us).
Oh! and there's a relegation 6 pointer at the New Dell  😔
6 games on Saturday, 3 on Sunday and the M23 derby on Monday.

Liverpool v Watford
Burnley v Newcastle
Chelsea v Bournemouth
Leicester v Norwich
Sheff Utd v Aston Villa
Southampton v West Ham
Man Utd v Everton
Wolves v Tottenham
Arsenal v Man City
Crystal Palace v Brighton

Good Luck All  😃

  8. You can see why Watford have only scored 9 goals all season, had 3 really good chances in the first half to upset the odds but fluffed them all. Salah had 2 hard chances and took them both.

3 points for Paulo, point for everyone else.

  9. Great result if Antonio plays we always have a chance, worrying last 10 minutes when he brought on serial liability Sanchez but we held out. Hopefully Martin is not really injured and it was just a time wasting ploy at the end?

Elsewhere a shock win by Bournemouth reserves at Chelsea, Norwich grab a draw at Leicester and stop Vardy scoring, wins for Sheff Utd and Burnley.
Good day for Liverpool again who did not play well but won while the main challengers dropped points again.

    Day 1 Scores (6 Games)
    Biopunk 5, Paulo 5, Lee 2, Paul 2, Gibbo 1, (Lawro 3, David 2, Model 1)

A 3 pointer each for Bio and Paulo making the difference in a day of shocks.

  10. I thought Man City would show how bad Arsenal really are but they eased off in the 2nd half, late winner for Tottenham and the Big Dunc effect nearly got Everton another win.

    Day 2 Scores (9 Games)
    Paulo 9, Biopunk 8, Paul 7, Gibbo 5, Lee 3, (Lawro 5, David 6, Model 2)

Still 3 possible winners (all gone for different results), Paulo needs a draw, Bio and Paul need a correct score to win outright, lots of possibilities though.
    I'm having a really bad week :(

  11. For 70 minutes it was all Brighton 11 shots to 0 and 70% possession, you just knew Palace would grab something :)

    Day 3 Scores (10 Games)
    Paulo 12, Biopunk 8, Paul 7, Gibbo 5, Lee 3, (Lawro 5, David 6, Model 5)

Good week for Paulo, rubbish for me which makes it closer at the top.
    Congrats Paulo :)
