Nice of Klopp to play Lovren to give Watford hope, I thought Watford would give them a tough game but that was a shock.
ReplyDeleteGreat win for the Hammers which was much needed with the Norwich and Watford wins, bottom getting interesting with Brighton and probably Newcastle dragged in.

Wow, watched the first half of Watford game, went out to dinner, with the intention of watching 2nd half later. Dont think I will ever go back to it. Obviously lovren or Fabihnio didn't improve in the 2nd Half. Liverpool probably needed a hard reset. Hopefully we dont do an Arsenal and lose every game - post invincible
DeleteThis year's Man City do not look capable of another long winning run, sp a 22 point lead with 10 to go, I reckon you might hang on :)
DeleteWould be fun though to see how many games they could lose before all the trolls started to call for Klopp's head :)

ReplyDeleteWill update the scores at the end of the week after all 8 games.
ReplyDeleteReminder that the Sheff Utd game counts as a 1-1 draw, whatever the final score in extra time.
ReplyDeleteGood performance by Chelsea, young lad Billy Gilmour was really good.
I was just thinking to myself that Ross Barkley was a bit of a liability for Chelsea, then he smashes in a brilliant goal ... what do I know!!!
Unexpected win for Newcastle who managed 3 goals!!
Sheff Utd winning late on, against a team containing Pele and Puskas :)
Love penalties, especially when Tottenham are getting beaten :)
ReplyDeleteWell played Norwich and Tim Krul.
Wins for Man City and Leicester as well, one more game tomorrow.
