  9. Penalty to Palace, VAR "don't forget who's playing"
5 minutes and 50 replays later no penalty, "a clear and obvious error by the ref" ????

    1. Crazy, another penalty to Palace nothing given, nearly 2 minutes of play later and finally ref is told to have a look

    2. Gets crazier, Ayew sent off for a nothing foul? then Liverpool score

      Delete
    3. Liverpool 15 fouls no cards, Palace 14 fouls 6 yellows
      sums up the ref's performance

    4. I think Ayew was just unlucky that his was about the 3rd professional foul to stop Liverpool breaking. Ref's have lost the plot. If it was consistent in the application of the rules, we would all say fair enough. Unfortunately, after THAT Spurs game, nothing surprises me anymore. I am glad you Hammers helped Spurs achieve their new record though, and hopefully the Toon will help them to increase it :)

    5. Found it a very frustrating game, not a bad foul in the whole game and yet 8 yellows for Palace (including Hodgson), and 2 very late ones for Liverpool.
Not exaggerating about how many times Madley looked at that first penalty appeal, saw it clearly at the time and only went to whistle for the Endo handball but played on, then took at least 5 minutes with slow motion / real time replays from every angle before changing his mind.
Refs still trying to make it up to Klopp after that spuds game, with two ref assisted wins in a week :p

  10. Wins for Aston Villa, Sheff Utd, Bournemouth, Liverpool and draws in the other games.

Earlier in the season I thought Iraola might be the first manager out of the door as they were awful, in the last month they have been the form team and are playing great, Unlike Ten Hag.

A few shocks today, so not too many points (especially me).
