Premier Predictions (Week 33)

Six weeks to go, getting tight at the top.
6 Games Saturday, 3 on Sunday, 1 on Monday
Top 3 all at home, maybe Arsenal have the hardest game vs Villa before the trip to Munich next week?
At the bottom Burnley and Sheffield still looked doomed, probably Luton Forest and Everton most likely to join them. Luton at Man City gives the others chance to pull away?

Newcastle v Tottenham
Brentford v Sheff Utd
Burnley v Brighton
Man City v Luton
Nottm Forest v Wolves
Bournemouth v Man Utd
Liverpool v Crystal Palace
West Ham v Fulham
Arsenal v Aston Villa
Chelsea v Everton

Good Luck All  😀

    1. Oops!! should have read actor (I was tired)
I know he's been in lots of things, just remember him from Line of Duty (if you get that in the frozen North?)

    2. Yeah, that's probably the one. Haven't seen the latest series. I know I can watch it on Britbox or Acorn TV, but I've just started the Street and am currently halfway through Midsomer Murders S9 & the final Doc Martin one, plus whatever my dad wants to watch, so I'll add it to the ever-growing queue.

Any recommends? I'm quite out the loop these days.

    3. Line of duty was really good, although final episode was a bit of a damp squib, so not sure if it's coming back.
(The Danny Mays ones were series 3)
Lots of things I like, although some maybe because I'm older now?
Silent witness (about 20 series of that), Spooks (made 10-15 years ago) have just started re-watching that as I'd forgotten most of it, do like things Vera and Shetland which are very British.
Currently loving one called This Town on BBC.
Things like Unforgotten, The Capture, Wolf, Boat story, The Woman in the wall, Vigil have all been very good

  8. Bit of a shock, Newcastle brilliant, Tottenham awful 4-0
Had to laugh as Rio Ferdinand and others raving about how good Van Der Ven was before the game (Rolls Royce, fast as Usain Bolt), he fell over for the first two and beaten for pace for the 3rd.

  11. A few people went for a Chelsea win, but none of us expected 6-0!!
4 goals for Palmer puts him level with Haaland, Man City must regret selling him.
Despite the win Chelsea's problems exposed again with them all arguing who was taking the penalty, even though Palmer has 9 from 9 and is the designated taker.

Week 33 Final Scores (10 Games)
    Paul 6, Biopunk 5, Gibbo 4, Lee 4, Paulo 2, (Sutton 8, Daniel 8, Model 8)

Overall a 3 way tie betwwen the guests (Sutton, Daniel, Model)
But in a low scoring week it's a first win since week 12 for Paul
    Congrats Paul :)

More European games this week, none of the English clubs looking too safe
so that 5th Champions league spot looking less likely?
Mixed up week next time, with added re-arranged games
