Premier Predictions (Week 23)

Some good European games this week, 15 goals in the two I watched 😊

Prem back on Saturday with 6 games, plus 4 on Sunday

Liverpool should extend their lead at home to Ipswich, Forest have a tricky game away at Bournemouth who were brilliant last week.
4th play 5th but you never know what you'll get from Chelsea or Man City.
Tottenham and Leicester have only one point between them in the last 12 games.
West Ham? will Potter stick with the 'Allardyce style' 5-5-0 formation? only hope is Villa play as bad as they did on Tuesday and rest all their best players for Europe.

Bournemouth v Nottm Forest
Brighton v Everton
Liverpool v Ipswich
Southampton v Newcastle
Wolves v Arsenal
Man City v Chelsea
*
Crystal Palace v Brentford
Tottenham v Leicester
Aston Villa v West Ham
Fulham v Man Utd

Good Luck All  😀

    2. Not too bad. Kind of picture postcard blue skies, snow-capped mountains, greenish valleys. Going through a bit of a drought here this winter, so it's been unseasonably warm & dry for the past couple months. Currently calm & sunny at 2pm and 2°C. Getting down to around -9°C at night, and as long as there's no wind or humidity, it's okay. I think -12°C (-15°C with the windchill) was the coldest it has been this winter, and that was just for a night.

Wouldn't want to be in Scotland or NI tonight. 😬

    3. Good to hear, know someone in Ontario who said it got down to -18c during the day which is unusually cold for them so thought you might be getting some of it.
Son is in LA got evacuated a couple of weeks ago, fires all around but says he's back home and area is safe for now .... at least until Trump deports him!!

    4. Yeah, I'm on the far edge of that cold front, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Tried to kick apart the last bit of a snow pile this morning and nearly broke my foot, it being frozen solid, so it has stayed cold the past couple days. Nights have been clear and the stars & planets have a treat. Rarely get to see them down here in the valley bottom with the fog. Expecting snow tonight and over the week, so I'll hunker down this weekend and stay warm waiting for the Great North American Tariff War of 2025 to begin. 😩

Good to know about your son. Quite the experience! My friend's daughter was down there at the start and made the smart choice to turn around and stay in Malibu rather than chance the Pacific Coast Highway that afternoon. Crazy it was January.

  8. A few more shocks today

After a dodgy opening West Ham finally hit some form, unlucky to have a last minute goal disallowed.
