FA Cup Final

Congrats to Chelsea for winning the FA cup again 2-1 over Liverpool.

They made hard work of it at the end after looking safe for most of the match, Andy Carroll came on in the 55th minute and for the first time actually looked like a £35 million pound striker as he terrorised the Chelsea defence.

Chelsea really should have put the game to bed long before Carroll came on with Ramires scoring early and Drogba scoring his usual Wembley goal, but they seemed to be happy to settle for that and I guess no-one not even Dalglish would have expected Carroll to have such an impact.
He turned Terry inside out with some fancy footwork to bring Liverpool back to 2-1 and then his brilliant header looked to have equalised despite Cech's brilliant save, on the replays the ball looked 99% over the line and about 3 foot further over the line than Mata's semi-final goal but it wasn't given.
Unlucky on Carroll and Liverpool but Chelsea fans will see it as payback for that "goal" given in the Champions league semi-final a few years back.
