The rumours suggest we are going to blow a big wad of cash on bringing in Ghana international Asamoah Gyan in Janauary on loan from UAE clubAl Ain.
This is the player that did a bunk from Sunderland to boost his bank balance to the tune of £140k tax free a week and play in a sub standard league.
His goalscoring record is pretty good but he has missed 2 high profile penalties in the World Cup and African nations cup.
