This years Fantasy Football info for joining up to my leagues

They have changed the rules this year, ALL FREE this time with up to 5 teams each.
Limited cash prizes, but most of us never get close, I've only managed £500 of prizes in 20 years of playing and I've probably spent that much playing the game.
So all welcome (not sure if it's available to non UK residents now it's free?).
