Premier Predictions (Week 09)

Not sure how many players will be left after all the various injuries and Covid infections during the International break. Surprised nobody noticed there was a global pandemic on?

Games spread over 3 days this week starting with 4 on Saturday, 4 on Sunday and 2 on Monday.
Tough games for the top 2 might change things around?

Newcastle v Chelsea
Aston Villa v Brighton
Tottenham v Man City
Man Utd v West Brom

Fulham v Everton
Sheff Utd v West Ham
Leeds v Arsenal
Liverpool v Leicester

Burnley v Crystal Palace
Wolves v Southampton

  8. Wins for Chelsea, Brighton, Tottenham and Man Utd.
3 of the 4 games having debatable VAR/ref decisions that possibly changed the result :(

  9. Wins for Everton, West Ham and Liverpool and a bore draw for Arsenal and Leeds.
Everton looking good for 45 mins, but then hanging on the 2nd half. Fulham managing an even worse penalty miss than the last one.
Can't believe how well West Ham are playing at the moment, totally organised Rice was superb, and our worst player on the day scored the winner.
Didn't see the Leeds game luckily, sounds like Arsenal were hanging on.
Hadn't accounted for Leicester having more defenders out than Liverpool, but still thought they would have tried harder. Probably why Brendan Rodgers was dumped.

    Day 2 Scores (8 Games)
    Biopunk 8, Paul 5, Gibbo 4, Lee 4, Paulo 3, (Lawro 5, Adam 7)

  10. Win for Burnley, Draw between Wolves and Southampton.

Week 9 Final Scores (10 Games)
    Biopunk 8, Paul 8, Lee 7, Gibbo 4, Paulo 4, (Lawro 6, Adam 8)

It's a 3 way tie, 8 each for Biopunk, Paul and Lawro guest Adam.
Congrats to Biopunk and Paul :)
