Premier Predictions (Week 08)

2 Games on Friday night this week, 4 on Saturday and 4 on Sunday before another International break.
* First game on Friday starts at 5:30pm *

Big game of the weekend is City v Liverpool, have been frustrated with City this season as they pass the ball around for fun, but never look like scoring? Liverpool's new star Jota could undo them.
Everton v Man U, both teams are either very good or very poor.
West Ham v Fulham, can the Hammers keep up the form they've showed in the last 6 against top teams, or will they forget it all against a team they should beat.

Brighton v Burnley
Southampton v Newcastle

Everton v Man Utd
Crystal Palace v Leeds
Chelsea v Sheff Utd
West Ham v Fulham

West Brom v Tottenham
Leicester v Wolves
Man City v Liverpool
Arsenal v Aston Villa

Good Luck All  😀

Think John Terry has gone a bit early  😆

  7. Day 1 Scores (2 Games)
    Paul 3, Biopunk 1, Gibbo 1, Lee 1, Paulo 1, (Lawro 0, Amy 4)

Had a dilemma, had predicted a 1-0 to the Saints, but put money on them scoring 2.

  10. Everton without Richarlison look very ordinary, while Man U without Pogba look much better.
No points to add, nobody fancied Man U to win.

  11. It's never easy being a West Ham fan, for 92 minutes we had played OK but didn't look likely to score.
Haller had actually run around for a bit, but Bowen and Fornals were having off days and Oggy got injured :(
Then Banarama lays on a goal for Soucek all good on 90 seconds left, then 3 minutes later our new saviour dangles a foot for the Fulham player to fall over and it's a penalty in the 8th minute of the 4 added.
Cue the worst penalty you will ever see :D
Elsewhere a good win away for Man Utd, a shock 4-1 win for Palace (shocking because you don't expect Palace to have 4 shots), Chelsea win well after going behind.
Southampton still top of the table!!

    Day 2 Scores (6 Games)
    Paul 5, Gibbo 3, Lee 3, Paulo 3, Biopunk 2, (Lawro 2, Amy 6)

Paul's 3 pointer yesterday still the difference, despite him missing 2 games.
4 games left, going to be a close finish I think?

This betting lark is totally random? placed 10 bets (£10) on Tuesday to Thursday, 7 wins £114 up.
    Feeling lucky placed 10 bets (£10) today, 0 wins £0.00 :(

  12. I think I was right about improved defences (except Arsenal).
Win for Tottenham with a very late goal, Leicester winning scoring a penalty and also missing one.
Man City v Liverpool was a good 1st half but both settled for a draw in the 2nd half, KDB missed a penalty and the only other talking point was why players dive in the area, Sterling gets kicked but doesn't go down = no penalty, Walker brushes against Mane who goes down = penalty, answers that question.
Shock result of the day, Villa back on form and stuffing Arseanl 3-0

Week 8 Final Scores (10 Games)
    Lee 8, Paul 7, Gibbo 6, Biopunk 5, Paulo 4, (Lawro 4, Amy 10)

Overall a first win in 2 years for a Lawro guest - Amy MacDonald
Competition, I'm thanking City and Liverpool for drawing :)
    Congrats to me :)

Back after the international break, currently 21st November but might be earlier?
