Barry Hearn wants the Hammers bid for the Olympic stadium thrown out for being "flawed" due to us only asking the Premier league for permission and not the Football league.The main reason for his continued objection is that he fears all those Orient fans will turn their backs on his lot and start supporting us?
I was speaking to one of those loyal band of 4,300 fans today and he just laughed and said even if the O's went bust he would never become a Hammer "even if they paid me".
Sadly the problem with non football chairman who don't understand the rivalries that exist.
