When is the Africa Cup of Nations over?
Nigeria, I want the rest of my team back!
African cup final is the 10th February so at least another 4 games missed if they get to the semi's.
ReplyDeleteIs it a coincidence that since Joey Barton went to France all the French players are coming over here?
February 10th? Fook!
DeleteThat means Reading, Newcastle, *and* Wigan could beat us...
It's worrying that you think Obi Wan Mikel and Moses will make that much difference, but if Nigeria keep letting Mikel take the penalties they could be home sooner :)
DeleteHT: Brentford 1 Chelsea 0 ... on the upside for Chelsea fans
DeleteRafa should be 45 minutes from the sack after Del Boy's goal :)
You're right Lee. I was afraid Brentford would be the end of it. Almost was. I wouldn't mind so much if it actually would see Rafa off faster, but this waiting for it is killing me.
DeleteThat Harry Forrester might make a good mid replacement for Frank though...
Nigeria goes on...

Part 1 scores
ReplyDeleteBiopunk 4, Longy 2, Lee 1, Gobshyte 0, Paulo 0
Biopunk gets the Newcastle (Nouveau chΓ’teau?) result spot on, but that was the highlight of our efforts :)
I imagined you said "Nouveau chΓ’teau" avec an outrageous French accent, just like Joey Barton!
DeleteBonne chance, aujourd'hui everyone!
It's Longy time again, a good win with 2 x 3 pointers and 5 right results :)
ReplyDeleteFinal scores - Longy 11, Biopunk 8, Lee 5, Gobshyte 5, Paulo 5
The Long Shadow wins again!
ReplyDeletethanks again Gobby me and my lad really enjoyed the seats last night even if the result was not in our favour;-(( Also think Fulham have hit on a really good idea of a mixed section made for some good banter
