Premier Predictions (Week 38)

Here we go the final Premier League predictions competition of the 2015/16 season ... sad isn't it :)
The relegation battle is done and dusted before the final week meaning Villa, Norwich and Newcastle are only playing for pride, and this will be a last game for a handful of managers .
The only thing left to play for is the European positions. Leicester, Tottenham and Arsenal have all qualified for the Champions League and it's between Man City, Man Utd and West Ham (if they score 15) for the final spot. Basically the top 8 still have something to play for and West Ham, Southampton and possibly Liverpool might need a Man Utd Cup win to make Europe next season?

Arsenal v Aston Villa
Chelsea v Leicester
Everton v Norwich
Man Utd v Bournemouth
Newcastle v Tottenham
Southampton v C Palace
Stoke v West Ham
Swansea v Man City
Watford v Sunderland
West Brom v Liverpool

** Just for the sake of completion here is the Cup final (not part of this weeks predictions)**
Post a prediction if you want as Biopunk cannot be caught :)
C Palace v Man Utd - (90 Minute score)

Good Luck All :)
Do it all again next season if anyone is up for it, and will probably do a Euro special by the first week in June.

Here's the current Predictions league full table with one week to go, 3rd place is still up for grabs for Longy, Biopunk and myself :)

  10. So we have a full house including an anonymous prediction for tomorrow's games.
I shall allow Anonymous and call them "Gobshyte" as it's the last week of the season and I can't be bothered changing my chart :)

  11. Man Utd game called off because of "suspect package"?
As far as this goes I've no idea when the game will be played again (as Man U are in the cup final next week).
    ** Admin Rule Update ** :)
If one of us is far enough in front to win without that game we'll call it a day, but if someone could catch up I will leave it open till the Man U game is played

  12. Oh well, At least Tottenham got thrashed, but still gutted :(

Well I've created a problem with my rule update :)

    Scores after 9 played games
    Anonymous (Gobby??) 10, Paulo 10, Lee 9, Longy 7, Paul 6, Biopunk 4, John 4, (Lawro 9)

Probably should not include the Anonymous predictions? which still leaves either Paulo, Longy and myself in with a chance with the Man U game to come.
Luckily the title is already decided, congratulations John :)
So I'm going to leave this one to roll over till that game is actually played.

    Predictions in -
Man U 2-0 - Lee, Paul, John, Lawro
    Draw 2-2 - Longy
    Draw 1-1 - Biopunk, (Anonymous)
    Bournemouth 2-1 - Paulo

    Stay Tuned :)

  14. Final League game done and dusted with Man U's 3-1 win.
A final kick in the teeth as I was winning this week with 3 minutes to go :(

    Final Scores Week 38
    Lee 10, Paulo 10, Anonymous 10, Longy 7, Paul 7, John 5, Biopunk 4, (Lawro 10)
So a 4 way tie, and 2 of us count :)
Unlucky Paul who got 7/10 but none with a correct score
Once again congrats to Paulo and me for a drawn week :)

John is the overall winner, and the virtual trophy is being engraved :)
